This is a two-inch paperweight and I used 1/8" pearlized quilling paper. The glass certainly magnified it to show every single flaw, lol! The sculped paper letters are from one of the alphabets in my book :o) This is a gift for my cousin who is such an inspiration to me.

You have created a very pretty paperweight
I was thinking of trying to make a paperweight one of these days. Yours looks beautiful! Did you enjoy making it?
Thanks, ladies! YES, I enjoyed making this very much! Used two-sided scrap paper (only necessary for the tag) from a K&Co. pad and a couple of strips of paper.
This is a very nice paperweight (Aaron Brothers), glass dome with a maroon leather backing. It was given to me specifically to put some quilling inside :o) I usually buy my paperweights at Whimsiquills because of the different shapes and they are lighter & easier to work with.
