Congratulations to Ann Martin!

Happy March!

I am so excited to announce that a quilling friend, Ann Martin, has authored a book, currently in print and it will be released May 28th. It is titled All Things Paper: 20 Unique Projects from Leading Paper Crafters, Artists, and Designers and is now available for pre-order on Amazon.

Ann is the creator of All Things Paper, a blog about the latest on the craft scene... stylish projects, trends and book reviews. She interviews established artists and features novice artisans with big ideas. She also offers fabulous giveaways from time to time. Ann enjoys introducing her specialty, quilling, to those who have never seen or heard of the rolled paper art. In addition to designing projects for books, magazines, and websites, she creates amazing custom quilled marriage certificates.

I cannot wait to get my copy and see all the projects. Congratulations, Ann!

Have a great weekend :o)

Work Table Organizer

This is a photo of the organized corner of my work table :) I love this 12" revolving four-tray bin I found at Harbor Freight for only $20.00. The only drawback is ... it comes with over 70 screws and the assembly took a while. Chris put it together for me while watching TV.

This is a great organizer for the desk, especially if you keep your work area cluttered like I do, and want everything within reach.

Favorite All-Time Bookmark

A long, long time ago (ten or so years) before Facebook, handy score tools and a boatload of how-to blogs, I came across a website that had every paper template imaginable to score, fold and make fabulous creations with paper. It has become my all time favorite go-to site and I continue to use it, often! This magnificent website is Mel Stampz. I also follow her like a puppy all over Pinterest for the latest and greatest finds.

This website is filled with hundreds of templates to make bags, boxes (my favorite), envelopes, purses AND a ton of free tutorials, printables and much more.

(If you use Mel's finds for projects, please give credit back to her website.)

Have a GREAT week!
