Mini Maze Book Album ~ Happy Autumn

(This is an old project but I am hoping it is new for some of you.)

This is my favorite time of year!

I made this little maze book a while back for a gift. I designed the covers using graphics from one of my favorite artists, Carolee Jones. At the time, I was starting to make paper beads so I added a matching removable paper bead bookmark.

They are so much fun to make, inexpensive and the ways to embellish and decorate are endless.

I watched this video to learn how to fold-cut-fold the twelve 3" x 3" maze pages from only one piece of scrapbook paper. Tricia Morris from Club Scrap makes the difficult-looking folds and cutting very easy.

Enjoy the change of season!

Have a great weekend :)

My Favorite All-Time Blog

Isn't this a cute name for a blog?

The Tatertots & Jello mega blog has to be my most favorite of all blogs out there. Jen, author and most talented creator, always has the best and trendiest ideas ever. She has linky parties on Fridays and then shows you the best of the best. She also has more giveaways than anyone I know. And by the number of her followers, I am not the only one lovin' her Super Blog :o)  This time of the year, she has some fantastic Autumn projects.

This is one of her latest 16 Fall Banner and Bunting Projects!

Be sure to check out the titles of her other 25 blog posts she has done in September alone, under the Blog Archives. She also is involved with a half-dozen or more other sites but hers should keep you busy today. I don't know how she does it.

Everyone have a great day!

World Card Making LIVE

Coordinated by LeslieRahye

Today I will be participating in a World Card Making LIVE event beginning at 2:00 PM Central time for three hours. The demos will last about 30 minutes each. We will be making cards to send to our service men and women in Afghanistan so they can mail them back home to a loved one.

I will be doing a demo of my puffy flower technique around 3:15 PM Central time.

Fabrizio Martellucci, card-making extraordinaire in the UK, is making his chat room available to all of us for this venue. It is a come and go and you can watch all the demos HERE.

If you are interested in Operation Write Home, here is the link.

Hope to see you there!

Do you sell on Etsy?

I woke up to find I was listed in this gorgeous Treasury curated by a friend in Arlington, Texas. Her shop is PixieDustFineries and she cannot list anything in her own store in her treasury. It is always a big surprise to find my item is in a treasury on Etsy.

I make them many more times than I am listed. It usually takes me close to four hours to curate one.  I start with an item from ItsLorraine's Etsy Store and build from there. Lori's listed item is always my focus for the theme and color(s). These are a few of the most popular ones that I have recently made:

Do you sell on Etsy? Post your store here and I will keep you on my list of shops to check when curating a treasury in the future.

Have a fantastic day!

Google Chrome

I love using the Chrome browser and cannot get on Facebook without it. I've been told that playing games on Facebook [ I don't ] is better with Chrome. It also loads the Pinterest Pin on the tool bar whereas my IE did not. The way it tracks History - by day and time - is great. I use both browsers for different reasons, but Chrome has some user-friendly features ... like remembering your most used websites and the last pages you closed. Super time-savers :)

You can quickly configure and pick a personal background page. As you can see, I use the quilling theme created by Yulia Brodskaya!

Happy September!
Happy crafting!
Everyone have a great weekend!
