Do you worry? I absolutely love ...
I get the magazine and online newsletters. I spend very little time for myself and this is my fun, self-improvement, staying in touch with reality reading. This week there is an article about Worried? 10 Ways to Soothe Your Fears. It is worth a peek, a short five pages and the suggestions make sense.
How many times have you sat and worried? Perhaps in bed, at your desk, in the studio, in your car, at the computer? Do you stare at the wall at times trying to figure out a worrisome situation? I do. Now isn't that a big waste of time? One solution: take a 10-minute break. I've tried it and it does work.
